Shipping & Delivery
All goods shall be shipped at the customer's expense unless otherwise specified on this order or authorized by a Soltek team representative. Shipping fee will be added to the order before charged. Soltek Inc. insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Soltek Inc. and transfer of responsibility in the same way.All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the registered address of the card holder.
Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of your order by logging into your soltekdesign.com account. You cannot check the status of your order unless you have an account. After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your product information and tracking number.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via FEDEX. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day, pending product availability and credit card approval.
Soltekdesign.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
Saturday and Sunday Delivery
At this time we are unable to deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

We Shall add an additional $5.00 charge for standard shipping. Please contact Customer Service with any additional shipping concerns for these locations. Customer Service can be reached at 1-917-226-5140 from Monday-Friday between 9AM-6PM EST.
At this time, due to fraudulent orders, Soltekdesign.com cannot ship international orders; North America only.

Returns & Replacements
Making a return or exchange:
1. Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Your RMA number is valid for the next 7 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us.
2. Book a collection with FEDEX, by calling 1-800-463-3339 or visiting www.fedex.com to find the telephone number of your nearest FEDEX office.
3. Complete your returns letter with your RMA number (and fill in the FEDEX shipping document if applicable) and sign it.
4. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Please note we can only exchange items for items of equal price. When requesting your RMA, please specify the SKU of the item(s). If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for an item as described previously in the "Returns or Exchange" section above (you will need to register as a customer). Additional shipping and taxes will be applied. Corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt.
Receiving a refund
If refunds are due to a registered cusomer, your refund will be credited by mailed check and will exclude shipping costs which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Item slip covers must also be used to enclose the item(s) as they are considered part of the product, and your return wil not be accepted if the item is damaged. We ask that items are returned to us via FEDEX to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Please note that we will not accept liability for goods that are not returned via FEDEX.
Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning items to us.
Items should be returned new, unused, intact and with all Soltek tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled shall not be accepted and shall be sent back to the customer.
When part of the original shipment- all, belts, chains, straps, dust bags and tags must be included with your return.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your purchases have been delivered without a Soltek tag. All items returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which we will generate for you once we have received an email at email@example.com or telephone call at 917-686-6183 with a return request. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Items must be returned within 7 days of the date of your RMA request.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Soltek Inc. and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one (1) month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items at the best available cost.
